Grannies Galore

Work progresses on the granny square building site.

I'm building up a nice collection of squares in my basket ... but what should I do with them?

I'll just admire them for a while, then.

Can't wait to see what you do with these colorful grannies, but I have to say they make a lovely display as they are in the basket. So pretty!

Absolutely nothing wrong with just admiring your grannies for a bit, while thinking about what to do with them. I love them in that basket!

Thinking out of the box a bit, what about a Granny Garland? Something to cheer up a too boring corner, perhaps? (Honestly, I know nothing about your decorating style. And honestly again, a Granny Garland is not MY decorating style... but... hey, it just popped out of nowhere!)

Oooh... they're so pretty!... could they make part of a knit/crochet garden?... just been watching the Chelsea Flower Show and wondering why there's no knitted/crochet gardens?

Love your writing. Love your crocheting. Good crocheting is hard to find. Good writing, even harder. Glad to read what you say and will visit you often. Can't wait to see your grannys come together.

Hello Pip,
These were taken with my 'baby', a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ38. I can recommend it; simple to use, lots of settings to experiment with, and lovely colour representation!
